My name is Ena Randall, and I am the Site Coordinator for Sivells Elementary School. I have been on this campus for 8 years where I started as a paraprofessional and I saw the needs of this campus where I wanted to make a difference. I joined Communities In School to bring change in helping our students and our families in this community. The organization actively involves the community to ensure that every student has access to the necessary resources for success. I maintain a vigilant oversight of students’ academic performance, behavior, and attendance, monitoring academic progress for all individuals served. We have groups to help social and emotional skills. We collaborate with the Boys and Girls Club of Wharton to help mentor the boys and girls to be the best person they can be. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
